Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with KUKILILO. We carefully prepare each order before it
leaves our fulfillment location, and we’ll keep you updated once your package is on its way.
1. This Policy Applies To
This Shipping Policy applies to retail orders placed through kukililo.com. Wholesale, Co-Lab, custom, pre-order, backorder, or special project orders may follow separate shipping timelines when stated on the product page, checkout page, invoice, or project agreement.
2. Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During high-volume periods, product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email with an update or available options.
3. Where We Ship
At this time, KUKILILO ships retail orders to the contiguous United States only.
We do not currently ship retail orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.
4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Complimentary standard shipping may be available for eligible orders when shown at checkout.
Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, address issues, or other circumstances outside of our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after the carrier receives your package.
6. Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information may result in delivery delays, failed delivery, or returned packages.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@kukililo.com. We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
7. Pre-Orders, Backorders & Special Releases
If an item is marked as pre-order, backorder, made-to-order, or part of a special release, the estimated shipping timeline will be stated on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, or related project details.
Pre-order and backorder timelines are estimates and may change due to production schedules, quality checks, material availability, or fulfillment delays.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order or backorder items, your items may ship together or separately depending on availability.
If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email with an updated estimate or available options, which may include waiting for the new timeline or canceling the affected item before it ships.
8. Shipping Delays
We do our best to process and ship orders within the stated timeframe. If we are unable to ship your order within the expected timeframe, we will notify you by email with an updated estimate or available options.
9. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check your delivery area, mailbox, building mailroom, front desk, household members, or neighbors.
If the package is still missing, please contact the carrier for more information, then email us at care@kukililo.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll review the situation and help with the next steps where possible.
10. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at care@kukililo.com.
Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the outer package, inner packaging, and item condition. This helps us review the issue quickly and determine the next steps.
11. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or another delivery issue, we will contact you once the package is received.
Additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order. Original shipping fees may not be refundable.
