Process
Brief → Direction → Sample → Approval → Produce → QC → FulfillmentHow event editions are structured
Event editions are designed to feel like a product release — not promotional merchandise.
Typical structure:
Brief: event context, audience tiers, quantity, deadline
Format selection: VIP / Main / Split edition based on who receives what
Direction: references + CMF + lens direction aligned to the moment
Sampling: confirm fit, finish, and packaging details
Final spec + QC: lock an edition-ready spec and repeatable checkpoints
Fulfillment: venue delivery or multi-address shipping as needed
Timing & feasibility
Timelines depend on complexity and whether we’re building from proven bases.
If timing is tight, we’ll recommend curated bases to protect delivery and quality.
Sampling is the guardrail — we don’t skip it when quality matters.
Share your event date early; we’ll propose the safest path to ship on time.
What we don’t do
To protect taste and execution, we’re not a fit for:
Ultra-rush timelines that skip sampling/QC
Loud external branding across the front of the frame
Low-quality “cheap merch” builds
Designs that imitate recognizable products, logos, or IP
