We want you to feel confident shopping with KUKILILO. If your order is not quite right,
please review our return guidelines below and contact us so we can help.

1. This Policy Applies To

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to retail orders placed through kukililo.com. Wholesale, Co-Lab, custom, pre-order, backorder, or special project orders may follow separate return or cancellation terms when stated on the product page, checkout page, invoice, or project agreement.

2. Return Window

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, please contact us at care@kukililo.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in like-new, resalable condition.

Returned eyewear must be free of scratches, damage, signs of wear, alterations, or missing parts. Please include the original case, pouch, cleaning cloth, tags, accessories, and packaging when available.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or adjust the refund amount if an item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items
  • Co-Lab, special project, or limited custom release items
  • Wholesale or bulk orders
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page or at checkout

5. Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges.

If you would like a different style or color, we recommend returning your eligible item and placing a new order once your return is approved.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at care@kukililo.com.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and any visible damage. We’ll review the issue and help with the next steps.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Original shipping fees, if any, are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return tracking number. KUKILILO is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit.

8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

If your return is not approved, we will contact you with more information.

9. Pre-Orders, Backorders & Special Releases

Pre-order, backorder, made-to-order, and special release items may have separate cancellation, return, or refund terms.

If special terms apply, they will be stated on the product page, checkout page, order confirmation, invoice, or related project details.

10. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at care@kukililo.com.

We’ll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
